Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a related maintenance/construction/make-ready role
  • A/C experience - HVAC Certified a must
  • Provides top-notch customer service to residents and is a team player
  • Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines
  • Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, make-readies, basic carpentry and painting
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
  • English fluency
