Looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance to join our Team!


Family-owned real estate investment company that has been in business for over 54 years. Presently, the company owns and manages apartment communities in several different states. Owners manages all properties and does not manage for other owners. Each property owned by the family are long term holds. To learn more about the company apply ASAP. 

Experience and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in a related maintenance/construction/supervisor role
  • Must be CPO and Universal A/C certified 
  • Provides top-notch customer service to residents
  • Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment and meets company goals and deadlines
  • Plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, basic carpentry and painting experience and knowledge
  • Time management and team motivational skills required
  • Effective communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
  • English fluency

Job Benefits

  • Compensation: $22 - $24 /hr, plus a monthly performance bonus based on merit.
