Gaines Investment Trust is a dynamic, family-owned real estate investment company that has been in business for over 54 years. Presently, the company owns and manages apartment communities in five different states as well as other commercial and industrial investments in other parts of the country. The Gaines Investment Trust apartment portfolio is comprised of well located, high quality, market rent apartments, and 55 and older senior housing. Experience and Skills

  • Must have previous experience as a leasing consultant.
  • 1+ years of customer service and sales experience, apartment/multi-family experience preferred
  • Highly-developed, positive, customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet company deadlines
  • Able to meet property leasing and renewal objectives in perpetuity
  • Professional appearance and dress code
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally, in-person, on the phone, and via email
  • Must be able to work weekends.
  • Must have stable employment history
  • English fluency
