Experience and Skills

  • 1+ years of Sales experience
  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • Highly-developed, positive, caring customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet company deadlines
  • Able to meet property leasing and renewal goals
  • Professional appearance and dress code compliance required
  • Must be extremely well-organized with the ability to handle assignments and customer needs
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in-person, on the phone, and via email
  • Must have Microsoft Office experience/Computer savvy
  • Must be available to work weekends and any shift between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM*
  • Must have stable employment history
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Must be reliable
  • Strong work ethic
  • English fluency

Job Benefits

  • Compensation: $12 - $15 per hour, PLUS a monthly performance bonus based on merit
