California based Owner and Operator, Gaines Investment Trust, is searching for an experienced Property Manager to join our Villas at Katy Trail Team located at 3200 Maple Avenue, Dallas, TX 75201! To learn more about our beautiful community:

Presently, the company owns and manages apartment communities in five different states as well as other commercial and industrial investments in other parts of the country. Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of property manager experience 
  • Multi Family management experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Highly-developed organizational and time management skills to meet company goals and deadlines
  • Desire to be successful and grow professionally by going above and beyond
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office and property management software required. Experience with Yardi software and lead-tracking software is preferred
  • Positive motivation and team building skills.  Desire to develop staff and team through encouragement, training, and communication.
  • Above average communication skills in-person, on the phone, and via email to customers and corporate executives
  • English fluency


  • Compensation: Commensurate with experience, plus a monthly performance bonus based on merit.
  • Certain Reimbursements for office supplies, phone, travel, gas
