Experience and Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a related maintenance/make-ready role
  • HVAC experience necessary 
  • Provides top-notch customer service to residents
  • Works effectively in a very fast-paced environment
  • Experience with plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting appliances, basic carpentry and painting
  • Time management skills
  • Must be able to work weekends


  • Compensation: Depending on experience, plus performance bonus
