Job Description

Gaines Investment Trust is looking for an experienced "Full Time" Property Manager to manage The Croix Townhomes, located at 1281 Galleria Drive Henderson, NV 89014. The Croix is a condo quality, 2009 developed, 137-unit gated community adjacent to the Galleria Mall. What makes it unique is each townhome has a 2-car garage and the average unit size is 1,600 sq. ft.

Gaines Investment Trust is a 52-year-old Real Estate Investment Company and is the owner of The Croix. GIT self manages all its own properties. Presently, the company has apartment communities in five different states totaling over 7,500 units, in addition it has commercial and industrial properties in various markets. GIT does not manage for other owners.

Experience and Skills

  • Multi Family management experience with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Able to meet property leasing and renewal objectives in perpetuity
  • Highly-developed organizational and time management skills to meet company goals and deadlines
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office and property management software required Experience with Yardi software and lead-tracking software is preferred
  • Excellent and professional communication skills in-person, on the phone, and via email to customers and corporate executives
  • English fluency
  • Lives within 20 minutes of Henderson
  • This is a M-F work week, but will often times require working on weekends as needed to lease apartments or handle some aspect of the business that necessitates being there
  • This is a minimum of 40-hour work week but it may wind up being up to 60 hours a week to meet company objectives


  • Compensation: $65,000/year
  • Performance based bonus program
